# Odyn Pricing

> Odyn costs €290 a month excluding VAT, no commitment, for 450 decision-makers contacted by email and LinkedIn. What's included and the 30-day guarantee.

Odyn costs €290 a month, excluding VAT, with no long-term commitment. That covers 450 hiring decision-makers contacted every month, by email and on LinkedIn, from your own accounts. That price is per consultant. No placement fee, no charge per meeting. Paid yearly, it is €2,900, which works out to two months free.

## What a "decision-maker contacted" actually covers

It is everything that has to happen before you can talk to that person:

1. spotting a job posting that matches your target (roles, locations, industry), and dropping the ones no recruiting firm can work on, such as postings already handled by another agency;
2. working out who owns that hire, and finding their professional contact details;
3. writing a message built on that posting and on your specialty, in your own style;
4. sending it from your email address and your LinkedIn account, on business days between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.;
5. following up, politely, until they answer.

When they answer, Odyn stops. The call, the intake, the fee discussion: that part is yours.

A decision-maker only counts once a message has actually gone out to them. Unused contacts do not roll over to the next month.

Push CV, still in beta, is included. You upload the résumé of a candidate you want to place; Odyn anonymizes it and presents the profile to decision-makers at companies whose openings fit. Those decision-makers count toward your 450 for the month.

## Monthly or yearly?

| | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Price | €290 a month, excl. VAT | €2,900 a year, excl. VAT, paid upfront |
| Per month | €290 | about €241 |
| Commitment | None, cancel any time | 12 months |
| Decision-makers contacted | 450 a month | 450 a month |

Most firms start monthly. Yearly makes sense once you know your targets find enough openings all year round, which is something the first month tells you.

## Pay half, or nothing at all, through referrals

Every Odyn customer has a referral code. When a fellow recruiter subscribes with your code, your subscription drops by 10%, from their first full-price month and for as long as they stay subscribed. The discounts add up: with 5 referrals you pay half; with 10, you pay nothing.

The recruiter you refer gains too: 10% off for as long as they stay, and 50% off their first month if they choose the monthly plan.

It works between independent recruiters who know each other as well as between members of a network. Your code, a ready-to-send message and the list of your referrals are on the Referrals page of your account.

## The 30-day guarantee

If Odyn brings you no connection at all in your first 30 days, your subscription is extended for free, up to two months. A connection means a written reply from a decision-maker, or an accepted LinkedIn invitation. Auto-replies, bounced addresses and unsubscribe requests do not count.

It is not a refund. It is extra time for your targets to produce.

## Why not charge per meeting or per placement?

Because Odyn has no control over what turns a conversation into a job order. It opens the conversation with the right person while the role is open. Turning that into a signed search, then a hire, is recruiting work, and it is yours. A success fee would make you pay more exactly when your own skill made the difference.

## What the same work costs done another way

A few reference points for €290 a month:

- **Doing it yourself.** Finding openings, identifying the hiring manager, tracking down an email, writing, following up: several minutes per company, every time. Across a few hundred companies a month, that is a real share of a recruiter's week, taken from candidates and clients. See [Odyn compared with prospecting by hand](https://www.odynagent.com/en/compare/odyn-vs-manual-prospecting).
- **An outsourced SDR.** Typically several thousand dollars a month, and you still have to teach them how recruiting is sold. See [Odyn compared with an outsourced SDR](https://www.odynagent.com/en/compare/odyn-vs-outsourced-sdr).
- **A stack of tools.** A contact database, an email sequencer, a LinkedIn tool, each with its own subscription, and you doing the glue work between them. The [comparisons](https://www.odynagent.com/en/compare) list each tool's public prices.

## How do you get started?

It starts with a [15-minute demo](https://www.odynagent.com/demo): we look at your specialty and at the openings Odyn would find for you. If you subscribe, you set your targets, connect your email and LinkedIn, and describe your firm. For your first three business days you review and approve every message before it goes. After that, Odyn sends on its own, after the delay you choose.

## Frequently asked questions

### Are prices shown before tax?

Yes. €290 a month excluding VAT on the monthly plan, €2,900 a year excluding VAT on the yearly plan. Tax is added depending on where your business is registered.

### Can I pay less?

Yes, through referrals: each fellow recruiter who subscribes with your code takes 10% off your subscription, down to nothing at 10 referrals.

### Can I cancel at any time?

On the monthly plan, yes, there is no commitment. The yearly plan runs for 12 months.

### What if my targets find very few openings?

Odyn can only contact companies that are hiring inside your target. A very narrow target (one rare role in one city, say) finds few postings, so we widen it: a nearby region, a close job title. It is the first setting we look at together.

### Do messages go out from my accounts or from Odyn's?

From yours. The decision-maker gets an email from your address and an invitation from your LinkedIn profile, and replies land in your inbox.

### Do you take a cut of my placements?

No. No success fee, no per-meeting charge. Your fees stay yours.
